 You asked and we answered... with a new nomination form for the A. Felch Pendill Wall of Excellence. There is now an updated version for paper submissions and an online form for your ease of completion. Please note that the selection committee highly recommends two support letters be submitted in addition to the application form for a thorough set of information capturing the full essence of the honoree you are nominating. Remember that a complete nomination packet (form and letters) must be received to the Foundation by March 31 each year. The selection has been made and we look forward to honoring our next inductee this Fall, what a talented pool of candidates there were this year!  |   |
